A memorial fund has been established for Caspian bassist Chris Friedrich, who passed away earlier this week. The Christopher Friedrich Memorial Fund has been set up to assist Friedrich’s wife, Nadia Hajjar.
The Beverly-based post-rock band will pay tribute to Friedrich on stage this Sunday at the Engine Room in Manchester, New Hampshire. The show was originally a fund-raiser for a friend of Friedrich’s, Jake Lusona, who needs help raising money for a double lung transplant, and the bassist was one of its chief organizers.
