Ask Macca: Paul McCartney to host live Twitter Q&A on Thursday

Eight days a week might not be enough to show you care, but one day is all Paul McCartney needs to answer your questions via social media. The music legend will take to twitter on Thursday for a live Q&A session in celebration of NEW, his first studio album of new material in six years.

Starting around 9:40am EST, McCartney will answer questions about the new record and the recording process, and fans can get started early now by submitting queries via Twitter to @paulmccartney and using the hashtag #AskMacca.

NEW is released October 15 here in the states, and the album finds him working with producers Mark Ronson, Paul Epworth, Ethan Johns and Giles Martin.

This isn’t McCartney’s first flirtation with modern technology. Earlier this year, Macca teamed up with Italian electro-house heavyweights the Bloody Beetroots on the dubstep track “Out Of Sight,” and you can absorb that odd collaboration below.
