Every day might be like Sunday, but it’s not every Sunday that we awake to find clarification on Morrissey’s sexuality — especially by the man himself. While in Sweden to promote his new Autobiography, the Mozzer addressed the long-standing rumors on his personal life, issuing a statement that he’s neither gay or straight, but… wait for it… humasexual.
Morrissey is currently in the Scandinavian country after a Thursday night book signing in Gothenburg, his public appearance since the autobiography’s release. His full statement was posted yesterday by Morrissey semi-official fan site True To You. It reads:
“Unfortunately, I am not homosexual. In technical fact, I am humasexual. I am attracted to humans. But, of course …not many”.

Morrissey’s long-awaited 457-page tome was released just last week via Penguin Classics in the UK and Europe, and reports indicate that certain passages delve deeply into his personal life.
