‘Invisible’ Rewind: Here’s the U2 ad that just ran during the Super Bowl; download the song for free and help the fight against AIDS

We’re taking a quick break from Super Bowl XLVIII’s delicious buffalo wing platter at Vanya HQ to revisit the U2 commercial/infomercial that just aired a few minutes ago. The spot debuted a new song, “Invisible,” and it’s available for the next 24 hours for free download now via iTunes.

Its release is part of the (RED) Global Fund to fight AIDS, and for each download, Bank of America will donate $1 to help fight the disease. The campaign ends February 3 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

“Invisible” is the band’s first new song since we heard “Ordinary Love” last fall as part of the Nelson Mandela tribute film, Long Walk To Freedom.

A new U2 album is expected later this year.
