Word coming out tonight that DJ EZ Rock, born Rodney “Skip” Bryce, has died. The 46-year-old musician is best known for his 1988 collaboration with Rob Base, the platinum-selling party anthem “It Takes Two.”
No cause of death has been released, but Base broke the news via social media earlier this afternoon, writing on his Facebook profile: “RIP Skip (DJ EZ Rock) friends since 4th grade, I’m really going to miss you.”
Base also took to Twitter:
