We’ve gotten a bit of a late jump on officially kicking off springtime here in Boston, as the chilly weather has unsurprisingly carried on past Patriot’s Day. But next weekend’s HarpoonFest at the Harpoon Brewery feels like a good milemarker to put Old Man Winter filmy to bed, and the annual beer summit has enlisted some of our city’s finest locals to soundtrack the sudsy revelry down by the Seaport District.
On tap — ha! — this year are Will Daily, Kingsley Flood, the Silks, Evolfo Doofeht, 2013 Rock and Roll Rumble winners Eddie Japan, 2007 Rumble winners Township, and this year’s Rumble darlings, When Particles Collide.
In fact there’s a lot of Rumble blood (Cask Mouse, Sidewalk Driver, Spirit Kid, Ruby Rose Fox) in this weekend bill.
