And suddenly it’s a weekend of covers. After listening to Foo Fighters rip through Queen and Val Halen last night at Firefly in Delaware, Kat Von D took a more gentle approach, covering Coldplay’s “Easy To Please” from the quiet confines of her living room. The tattoo artist and television personality uploaded the cover to her personal YouTube channel around 6 p.m., west coast time, this evening.
“Recorded shittily on my iPad, in my living room, on my piano, just for you,” the Los Angeles resident wrote.
“Easy To Please” was originally a b-side on Coldplay’s 1999 single “Brothers & Sisters.”
