Biker Chic: Listen to the 14 bands playing this year’s Crash Safely benefit shows

It’s time for the annual rollout: Fourteen bands, three nights, two venues, and one good cause — the lineup for the 2014 Crash Safely fund raiser and awareness campaign for the National MS Society has been announced. This year’s series goes down September 27 and October 10 at the Midway Cafe in Jamaica Plain and then October 17 at the Middle East in Cambridge.

Among the participating bands this year are the Petes (Pete Hayes and Pete Donnelly from the Figgs with special guests), Petty Morals, The I Want You, Gymnasium, Watts, White Dynomite, and others. Check out the full lineup, with embeds, below.

Now in its fourth year, Crash Safely is organized by Hayes, journalist and videographer Amanda Nichols, and musician, writer, and booking agent Nick Blakey. Hayes and Nichols were diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2008 and both support the Bike MS awareness team.

Here are the full lineups; raffles and silent auctions will be held at each event:
