Hey party people — when you’re out and about this holiday weekend, be on the look out for an evil new drug, one the kids apparently call “EDM.”
In a June 27 report from CBS Boston, WBZ-TV’s Christina Hager says police are going to crack down on electronic dance music concerts around town. As part of their awareness campaign, reignited after dozens of hospitalizations at last week’s Avicii show at the TD Garden, there will be an increased warning about the use of… EDM?
Oof.
“Part of that education is around the drug molly, also called ‘MDMA’ or ‘EDM,'” Hager says around the :58 mark. Needless to say, the Youtube commenters are having a field day with this one. Check out the clip below…
