Beat Goes On And On: Watch Charli XCX perform ‘Boom Clap’ last night on ‘Late Night’

First it was one of her songs (Icona Pop’s “I Love It”). Then it was her with a collaborator (Iggy Azalea and “Fancy”). Last night, Charli XCX enjoyed the Late Night spotlight all to herself.

The future Queen of Pop is ready for her close-up.

Charli XCX made her solo debut on Late Night With Seth Meyers last night, the same scene where she performed with Azalea a few weeks back. In case you missed the performance, which aired around 1:30 a.m. EST, you can watch the clip below. And if you’ve seen it already, you’ll likely want to watch it again.

Our certified Jam of the Summer 2k14, “Boom Clap” is currently featured on The Fault In Our Stars soundtrack, but word is it’ll also appear on a new upcoming XCX full-length. Global domination is in short order.
