After the rains interrupted the previous day’s Boston Calling, Sunday at City Hall Plaza was a much more chill affair. Not only was the temperature far cooler, the music was as well. The War on Drugs, the Replacements, and the 1975 stood out as highlights, and sets from veteran acts the Roots, Nas, and Spoon lent some seasoned know-how from both stages.
