The Eyes Have It: Watch the world as the wolf in James’ new video for ‘All I’m Saying’

America tends to be late to most parties, but its finally starting to warm up to the majestic brilliance of James’ latest record, La Petite Mort. We finally scored a proper release on these shores last month, the band just performed a celebratory show at New York City’s Webster Hall last week, and now the British rock veterans will perform on CBS television’s This Morning: Saturday on November 22, playing new songs like “Moving On” and “Curse Curse” for a national audience (we hear they’ll also bust out ’90s anthem “Laid” as well).

To commemorate all that good stuff, James today released a new video for their latest single, “All I’m Saying.” It was directed by Péter Vácz and has some big shoes to fill. One of James’ earlier videos this year, for “Moving On,” was created by BAFTA award-winning animator and director Ainslee Henderson. But “All I’m Saying” holds its own, and again puts artistic creativity over the usual band shots and mime-like playing.

While we await for more James tour dates around our cities (we hear something might be in the works for 2015), catch up with the brilliant Tim Booth with our in-depth interview with him last month, and watch the “All I’m Saying” video below…
