Add David Guetta to the list of big-name bands and artists who are giving their new albums away for free. But instead of forcibly downloading his music directly into your iTunes, the French EDM producer has teamed up with Chase Bank to offer a free download of his new record Listen to those who sign up for Apple Play with a Chase Visa card.
It’s a different kind of “pay to play.”
The Chase bank promotion is ongoing until November 23, the day before Listen gets a worldwide release. The album is Guetta’s first since 2011’s Nothing But The Beat, and features guests like Niki Minaj, Sia, and John Legend.
Chase has been promoting the campaign through Twitter…
Apple Pay + eligible Chase Visa = complimentary access to @davidguetta's #Listen. Get it now: http://t.co/jNg1CPShFJ

And if you’re a little confused on how all this works, these graphics, via EDM.com, should clarify just what the hell is going on here. And like all bank transactions, read the fine print.
