Back in the fall when we first heard Shura’s new track “Indecision,” we couldn’t shake off the similarities to “Holiday” by Madonna. Now that the sound has set in a bit, along comes a new video for the single, and the London electro-pop singer takes a back seat (literally, on the train) to a storyline about “journey and change.”
The video follows a young man as he goes through his mundane day, culminating in a dance party where we can assume he truly finds his sense of self. The “Indecision” clip asks a lot of questions, but it also suggests that sometimes those questions don’t need to be asked if there’s a peace to be found at the end of the day.
Between this song and last year’s breakout hit “Touch,” we continue to expect big things from Shura in the year ahead.
