Pretty Killer: Listen to Brandon Flowers debut new song ‘Can’t Deny My Love’ at Vive Latino

We’re still a week away from the official premiere of Brandon Flowers‘ new single “Can’t Deny My Love,” but the Killers frontman gave a preview of the song over the weekend at a Mexico music festival.

B-Flo, as we call him around here, busted out the new jam Saturday night at Vive Latino in Mexico City, and you can watch video of the entire performance down below. “Can’t Deny My Love” comes in at the 38:15 mark.

The single is the first taste of Flowers’ upcoming sophomore solo record, The Desired Effect, out May 18, via Mercury, Island, Vertigo, and Universal. The new album will be Flowers’ first solo disc since 2010’s Flamingo, and there doesn’t seem to be any new Killers stuff on the horizon.

But there is a live show this summer: the Killers will co-headline the Firefly Music & Arts Festival in Delaware the weekend of June 18 to 21, heading up a bill that also includes Paul McCartney, Morrissey, Kings of Leon, and a several dozen others.

Listen to “Can’t Deny My Love,” as well as a full-show mix of Killers songs and Flowers’ solo material, below.

Here are the teasers Flowers has been rolling out in advance of “Can’t Deny My Love,” as well as a message he wrote to his fans. Exciting!
