The already-exciting Lana Del Rey show scheduled for June 9 at the XFinity Centerjust got even better, and Grimes announced this morning she will be joining the singer’s tour for 10 dates this spring.
And the Canadian electronic music producer knows the timing of her announcement will cause some doubt. She wrote on Instagram: “…this is really not an April fools joke just absurdly timed announcement haha. Did not realize the date.”
While Courtney Love opens the first half of Del Rey’s “Endless Summer” tour, supporting 2014’s Album of the Year contender Ultraviolence, Grimes jumps on May 28 in Indianapolis and wraps June 16 in West Palm Beach.
