Over the past few weeks we’ve done our best to avoid Spike TV’s Lip Sync Battle, even when the Rock sang “Shake It Off.” But we are completely unable to not fall hopelessly in <3 with anything involving Anna Kendrick, and tonight on the show, America’s sweetheart loads up with some help from Jennifer Lopez, One Direction, and all the charm in the goddamn world.

Ever since the show’s trailer debuted last month, Spike’s Lip Sync Battle has been hyping up this week’s episode: Anna Kendrick vs. John Krasinski. We already knew one of Kendrick’s secret weapons — she brings out Jennifer Lopez to back her up on J.Lo’s own “Booty” single — and now we’ve learned her other two tricks: One Direction and a girl crush on Krasinski’s wife, Emily Blunt.
