One To Grohl On : Watch Florence and the Machine cover Foo Fighters at Glastonbury Music Festival

Turns out Glastonbury got some Foo Fighters after all — in the shape and sound of Florence and the Machine.

Florence Welch and crew filled in for Foo Fighters tonight during a headlining set at the UK music festival and honored the fallen alt-rock band by covering “Times Like These” for the British faithful. Foo Fighters canceled several European dates, including tonight’s Glasto set, after Dave Grohl broke his leg at a show in Sweden a few weeks ago.

“We would like to dedicate this next song to the legend and all-around incredible human being Dave Grohl,” Welch tells the crowd in the video below, via Stereogum and Pitchfork. “He was so incredibly kind and supportive to us when we were first starting out and we were so sad to hear that he broke his leg because we love him so much. And Dave if you are listening, we love you, we all love you… we’re sending you so much love. This one’s for you, Dave.”

As of this post, Foo Fighters are still set to play Fenway Park July 18 and 19.
