Look sharp — Duran Duran are coming to town.
The legendary British pop group this morning announced a 2016 tour of North America that comes to Mansfield’s XFinity Center on July 17, and the gentlemen are bringing Chic featuring Nile Rodgers along for the ride.
The lengthy arena and amphitheater tour is in support of recent album Paper Gods, and the first leg kicks off March 28 in Durham, North Carolina. The Massachusetts date is included in the tour’s second leg, a summertime jaunt that starts up July 6 in Nashville and wraps August 3 in Glendale, Arizona.
Here’s some ticket on-sale 411: “Members of the Duran Duran Fan Community will have access to pre-sale tickets and exclusive VIP packages beginning Wednesday, December 9 at 10 a.m. local venue time through duranduranmusic.com.
