Not A Bad Way To Turn 20: Alessia Cara announces fall North American tour

Canadian singer, songwriter, and all-around alt-pop prodigy Alessia Cara turns 20 years old today. And she has a gift for us.

This morning Cara unveiled the dates for her 21-date North American tour, which kicks off September 29 at the Fillmore in Maryland and wraps October 29 at the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando. Towards the beginning of her “Know It All Part II” run is an October 1 appearance at the Orpheum Theatre in Boston, and much like her recent club gig at Brighton Music Hall in Allston, we highly recommend it. Tickets go on sale this Friday.

Those here in New England, however, have another chance to catch the “Here” singer, as Cara opens for Coldplay at Gillette Stadium on July 30.

Could be no time before she’s headlining stadiums on her own. Watch her video for “Here” below, and scan all the dates after the visuals.
