Next month, Massachusetts indie legends Pixies are set to release their new album, Head Carrier. We’ve already gotten a taste of some new sounds with this summer’s “Um Chagga Lagga”, which sounds pretty much how the title suggests.
Now, in advance of the new LP’s September 30 street date, via Pixiesmusic/Play It Again Sam, the band has birthed another single in the soaring, Jack Palance-referencing “Talent”.
It’s pretty good! Maybe it can win an Oscar just like Jack.
