Dirty Dishes prep us for a late summer tour with colorful new video for ‘Lackluster’

Dirty Dishes‘ debut album Guilty may have been released via Exploding in Sound Records nearly 19 months ago, but it’s still providing spark and intrigue. This week, as the Boston-born, Brooklyn-based guitar rock project from Jenny Tuite gets set to head out on a quick late summer tour, we have a new video for slow-burning album cut “Lackluster”.

The video is a mix of Dirty Dishes live footage and other colorful images, directed by Bradford Krieger, known for his recent production work with Soft Fangs, Horse Jumper of Love, and others. Press play in full speed for some slow-motion goodness below.

And speaking of the tour, things kick off Friday in Columbus at 934 Gallery and wrap up September 3 at Sunnyvale in Brooklyn. In the mix is a September 2 date in Boston, but no details have been provided so you may have to ask around for that one. With students all being back in town that weekend, just follow the sounds you hear deep within the dark streets of Allston.
