Editor’s Note: Saturdays may be for the boys, but no one told that to Jake Bugg and Syd Arthur last night at Royale. Two leading lights in the new wave of British guitar rock — the former a 22-year-old Nottingham-born solo wunderkind, and the latter a Canterbury-formed psychedelic jazz-rock band — rolled into Boston Wednesday night, the latest stop on their joint North American tour in support of Bugg’s June album On My One.
