Photo Gallery: Green Day and Dog Party, live at the House of Blues in Boston

Photo: Matthew Shelter for Vanyaland

Editor’s Note: It’s evidently clear someone, somewhere, woke Billie Joe Armstrong up right at the very end of September, because Green Day were fresh and ready for their October 1 club date at Boston’s House of Blues. The legendary punk band packed the Lansdowne Street club for the latest stop on their Revolution Radio World Tour, a string of intimate club shows promoting new album Revolution Radio (out Friday) that returns the band to their early-’90s roots. Green Day ripped through a nearly 30-song set that spanned their career, and we’re happy to report that this time, no riots broke out. Matthew Shelter for on hand for Vanyaland to capture some visuals, including a few shots of opener Dog Party, and you can check out his full gallery below.
