New Sounds: Go full-screen and trip out with Worshipper’s new video for ‘Darkness’

We’re gonna keep the words here to a minimum: Boston metal dudes Worshipper have a new video out today for “Darkness,” one of the standout joints from greatest-hits-record-disguised-as-a-debut-album Shadow Hymns. The clip was directed by Duncan Wilder Johnson, was premiered 30 seconds ago by Metal Injection, and features the quartet playing live against some psychedelic backdrops and that cool as fuck architectural design from the Shadow Hymns artwork. If you’re new in town, take note: Worshipper won the ’16 Rumble, scored back-to-back “Metal Artist of the Year” awards at the Boston Music Awards, and has a drummer who won’t tolerate your bullshit. Read our September feature on the band here, go full-screen with the video below, and fall in.
