‘Atomic Blonde’ drops 2 new trailers, soundtracked by Kanye, Depeche Mode, Eurythmics, and New Order

We’d say that these two new Atomic Blonde trailers come dangerously close to spoiling the whole damn movie (we were lucky enough to see it at SXSW this year), but luckily for you, the best fight scene in the whole movie is almost impossible to spoil and cut-up. Its twists and turns are luckily kept out of the spotlight too, but you’ll be drastically disappointed if you’re expecting much more than this. Although, one of them has the Kanye/Depeche Mode remix you never knew you wanted and plenty of “Blue Monday” to liven up your Tuesday (Health’s cover of the New Order classic appears on the soundtrack).

Here’s the new domestic trailer, featuring the aforementioned “Black Skinhead” and “Personal Jesus” mashup:

And here’s the international trailer, which actually lets you know that this movie’s set in 1989 Berlin, and has a fun Eurythmics remix behind it:

Here’s a synopsis:

“Agent Lorraine Broughton (Charlize Theron) is equal parts spycraft, sensuality and savagery, willing to deploy any of her skills to stay alive on an impossible mission. Sent alone into Berlin to retrieve a priceless dossier from within the destabilized city, she partners with embedded station chief David Percival (James McAvoy) to navigate her way through a deadly game of spies.”

Atomic Blonde hits theaters July 28. Though you’ve now already seen most of it.
