Editor’s Note: Scott Hansen, the chief songwriter, composer, and visionary of San Francisco electronic music project Tycho, is not just known for his music. The multidisciplinary artist also carries a great deal of weight and attention for his visual work as ISO50, so when one strolls into a Tycho live performance, the expectation is that the attendee will experience a wide range of sensory experimentation. That was certainly the case last night (May 1) at the House of Blues in Boston, as Tycho rolled into town on the strength of last year’s Grammy-nominated and Ghostly-issued album Epoch. Brooklyn electronic duo Beacon opened things up, and Vanyaland’s Eddy Leiva was in the room to capture visuals of both performances. Check out his full gallery below.
