Drink Tickets: Here’s what’s on tap for September’s Copenhagen Beer & Music Festival

It’s odd to be thinking about anything after Labor Day when we’re ready to swan dive into the July 4 weekend (don’t kid yourself: Monday is a holiday), but Copenhagen Beer & Music Festival has whetted our appetite with its 2017 beverage and band list.

Now in it’s second year, Copenhagen goes down at City Hal Plaza on September 22 and 23, and this time around music will be provided by These Wild Plains, Tigerman WOAH, The Tremolo Beer Gut, and Hayley Thompson-King. We decided to list the bands right away, because the beer list is way more extensive… which is what you’d expect from a beer fest sent from the heavens of Europe.

“Some of our best friends are bringing their best beers,” says Mikkeller owner Mikkel Borg Bjergsø. “It should be a fairly decent party.”

On tap for the triple-session craft beer spectacular, co-produced by Mikkeller and Boston Calling Events, are 45 international and domestic breweries from around the globe, including Sweden’s Stigbergets, Belgium-based Bokkereyder, England’s Cloudwater Brew Co., and Copenhagen’s own Mikkeller. On the home-brewed tip, Woburn’s Lord Hobo Brewing, Everett’s Night Shift, and Boston-based Trillium to City Hall Plaza will represent the Bay State.

Tickets are on sale now, and are priced between $60 for a single session and $250 for a three-session VIP pass. Get all the pricing and breakdowns here, and scan through the full menu below.
