The Jesus And Mary Chain extend North American tour, play the Paradise in November

This October, more than a few Boston bands will dress up and play as The Jesus And Mary Chain for the usual spate of Halloween parties around town. Those with a bit of patience — and no obligation towards friendships — could simply wait a few weeks to see the real deal live at the Paradise Rock Club.

That’s because The Reid Brothers have extended their North American tour, and this latest leg closes out November 15 at the ‘Dise. Tickets go on sale Friday (September 15) at noon local time.

The show provides a nice classic alternative double-header at the Paradise for Bostonians, as shoegazers Slowdive play the club the night before (November 14).

Earlier this year, The Jesus And Mary Chain released their first album in 19 years in Damage And Joy; listen to it below via Spotify after the tour-date jump.
