Let’s Play Two: Foo Fighters announce Fenway Park doubleheader

Much like new Red Sox manager Alex Cora, Foo Fighters are returning to Fenway Park in 2018.

Dave Grohl and the boys have announced the initial dates for their 2018 spring and summer Concrete and Gold Tour, and their 21-date North American run hits Fenway on July 21 and 22. Tickets for the doubleheader go on sale to the general public November 3 at 10 a.m. local time, available at redsox.com/foofighters.

The ballpark shows come two years after Foo Fighters played Fenway back in July 2015, appearances marked by Dave Grohl’s now-infamous guitar throne, which he needed after breaking his leg in Europe.

Included in this new batch of Concrete and Gold Tour dates are two dates at Madison Square Garden in New York City (July 16 and 17) and a July 29 gig at Chicago’s Wrigley Field.

Check out all the shows below, and revisit the Foos at Fenway via some fan-filmed video.
