Studio 52 is a community artist space located in the heart of Allston, and is proud to support the Boston music scene and local artist community.

Editor's Note: Last year, homegrown rapper Vintage Lee taught us that "Hennythings Possible." That includes, as it turns out, selling out her first headlining show, which is what went down last night (February 8) at The Middle East in Cambridge. It continues a string of big moves for the Roxbury product, whose debut project, last summer's PiMP, caught attention far beyond Boston's restrictive borders. Landing on NBA 2K18's soundtrack, which featured "Hennythings Possible," certainly didn't dim down the spotlight, setting the tone for a breakout 2018. Last night, photographer Yazi Ferrufino was in the room on behalf of Vanyaland to document with visuals. "The show was full of energy and the place was definitely packed," Ferrufino says. "There was definitely a huge family community vibe there and there was a lot of support for Vintage Lee for her first sold out headlining show." Scan through Ferrufino's gallery, with a few additional images of Big Leano, below.
