These are exciting times in the world of Belly.

Last week we learned that the reformed Boston alt-rock band’s new album Dove — their first since 1995 sophomore record King — will be out on May 4. This follows a successful Pledge crowdfunding campaign for the record, and news that Tanya Donelly and company will be performing at May’s Boston Calling Music Festival.

But this Belly goodness is no longer limited to New England.

Today the band announced a 14-date United States tour for later this summer and the fall. The run, stretched out over two months between August and October, plays Los Angeles and Brooklyn twice each, and hits San Francisco, Seattle, Philly, D.C., Madison, Minneapolis, Chicago, and both Portlands.

There’s also a TBA, but we won’t speculate about that until June or so.

We’ll update when venue info when we have it, but in the meantime, scan all the dates below in flyer form.
