New England Revolution seeking musicians to sing National Anthem

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — The New England Revolution are seeking talented artists to perform the National Anthem at Gillette Stadium this season. Entrants are invited to submit sample performances digitally by February 23 (submission details below). Twelve finalists will be selected to compete in the Live Auditions presented by Anheuser-Busch at Lansdowne Pub on March 8. Finalists will perform a song of choice in front of a live audience, with the top six returning to the stage to sing their rendition of the national anthem in front of celebrity judges, featuring a Revolution player and local media personalities.

Fans of all ages are invited to Lansdowne Pub to watch the local talent compete for the chance to perform at three of the club’s 2018 home matches. There is no cover charge for the live audition and this event is open to the public. For more details, click here.

HOW: Soloists, groups, instrumentalists, and other unique musicians that wish to audition should submit their sample performances digitally by sending an mp3, .mp4, or YouTube video link to Anthems@revolutionsoccer.net between February 12 and 5 p.m. on February 23.

Representatives from the Revolution will contact the contestants selected for live auditions. No phone calls or emails inquiring about the status of a submission will be accepted.

WHEN: Entry Submissions Close at 5 p.m. on Friday, February 23

Event Finals are Thursday, March 8 from 6 to 8 p.m.
