Studio 52 is a community artist space located in the heart of Allston, and is proud to support the Boston music scene and local artist community.

Usually when The Arcitype shows up in these digital pages, it’s because the producer is either dropping bangers with STL GLD or busy winning Boston Music Awards. It’s true — the man born Janos Fulop showed up on Vanyaland a bunch last year (and now into 2018), first with a series of STL GLD releases around essential LP Torch Song, and then in December when he took home a trio of BMAs (Album of the Year, Video of the Year, and Studio Producer of the Year).

Needless to say, the work The Arcitype does in hip-hop and beyond runs far deeper than those two components, and today (April 12), the co-owner of The Bridge Sound and Stage in Cambridge supplied a massive 200-track Spotify playlist of his production work that just scratches the surface of his efforts.

The playlist features the aforementioned STL GLD, obviously, but also a host of other notable collaborations as well. “I’ve compiled a Spotify playlist of a lot of music (not nearly all of it) that I’ve produced over the years,” The Arcitype writes on Facebook, “including tracks by Vinnie Paz, La Coka Nostra, Slaine, Termanology, JARED EVAN, Ruste Juxx, STL GLD, Esh, & more. Check it out if you’re interested in getting a comprehensive understanding of my catalog. Follow it if you dig, I will continue to update it as time goes.”

With more than 12 hours of music already included, there’s plenty to get into.
