Studio 52 is a community artist space located in the heart of Allston, and is proud to support the Boston music scene and local artist community.

Fenway Park is on a bit of a live local music kick. Yesterday it was revealed that Foo Fighters invited a trio of homegrown bands (Dinosaur Jr., Speedy Ortiz, and The Monsieurs) to take the stage at the ballpark later this summer, and around the same time that news broke came word of the Fenway Rooftop Sessions.

The seven-date summer-long series will feature a host of New England-based bands and artists performing at Fenway just before the Red Sox game. The series kicks off June 24 with Kingsley Flood, and wraps September 9 with Sarah Borges. The series rolls through the season with appearance by Will Dailey (July 28), Parsonsfield (July 29), City Rivals (August 18), Dalton & The Sheriffs (August 19), and Latrell James & Friends (September 8).

The ticket to the games gets fans access to the shows. Get ticket info for each game here.

Here’s word from the Fenway folks themselves: “Kick-off your evening at the exclusive Fenway Rooftop Sessions, presented by Vineyard Vines. Each event will include a pre-game concert at the Vineyard Vines Club at Fenway Park! Arrive early to hear a performance by a local Boston band, and enjoy the pre-game party at the Vineyard Vines Club with a private cash bar. Your ticket includes admission for the pre-game show and the Red Sox game that day.”

But don’t believe the type. Here’s word in flyer form.
