There’s a lot going on this summer, especially on the weekends. So Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing Company has whipped up a playlist for its upcoming Demo Tape Fest, an all-day music n’ brews party on July 21 that’s named after its ongoing test batch series.

Hosted in the Exhibit ‘A’ parking lot at 81 Morton St. in Framingham, Demo Tape Fest features a pretty healthy and hearty lineup of New England bands and artists, including The Dazies, Roger Miller’s Trinary System, Thalia Zedek Band, The Figgs, Matt Charette and the Truer Sound, Dead Trains, The Big Lonesome, Le Prestige, and The Squires of Soul. The School of Rock Natick house band opens the festivities, and Exhibit ‘A’ will be pouring three new varieties of its Demo Tapes test batch series alongside its core beers and other limited releases. Melt Poutine Truck serves up some grub.

“To us, beer and music have always gone together,” write Exhibit ‘A’. “Somehow, great beer tastes better while listening to great music, and vice versa. Demo Tape Fest is our way of celebrating beer and amazing local bands at the same time with a great lineup of new and classic Boston area bands. We also care about giving back. So we are collaborating with Avidia Bank (the event’s sponsor), School of Rock Natick and Rise Above Foundation to use this event to raise money to send a foster kid in need to a semester at School of Rock Natick.”
