Editor’s Note: When you roll out a phase under the Everything Now banner, as Arcade Fire did with their Summer 2017 LP, it’s clear that the “Now” isn’t limited by time constraints. “Now” was then, at the time, and “Now” is “Now” now, just as come tomorrow “Now” will be then. It’s like that Charles Manson sample from Skinny Puppy’s track “Worlock”: “Now is the only thing that’s real.” So it’s a perfect continuance of action that Arcade Fire have extended their world tour under the “Everything Now Continued” mantra, crashing ashore last night in the Seaport for a summer fun gig under the tent at the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion.
