The big rock and roll news around Boston this weekend is Foo Fighters’ weekend double header at Fenway Park, but we’re just as jazzed for the openers as we are Dave Grohl and the boys. It’s a wild support slate at Fenway, and part of the action is an appearance by The Struts on Saturday’s bash.
We’re a long way from their 2013 breakout single “Could Have Been Me”, and nearly just as far removed from the 2014 release of debut album Everybody Wants (its U.S. re-release hit two years later). We’ve gotten a few new singles between then and now, and the one-off series continues today with a video for banging new track “Body Talks.”
This new joint will be included on The Struts’ forthcoming album, which we’re clearly all looking forward to, and the video was recorded during the band’s single release party in London. Check it out below, as well as a long list of Struts live gigs to take us to the holidays, which include a bunch of shows with Foo Fighters and a headlining run that kicks off in September.
