Roxy's Grilled Cheese draws up four 'Bob's Burgers'-themed specials

Yeah sure, so some bar in Austin transformed itself into Moe’s Tavern from The Simpsons, and that’s a pretty cool thing to do for Halloween. But we’ll argue that we have it better here in Boston, because you obviously can’t eat a bar, but you can eat a burger — and Roxy’s Grilled Cheese celebrates the holiday by serving up four specialty menu items pulled right off the pun-lovin’ chalkboard of Bob’s Burgers.
Roxy’s is offering all four burgers today-only at their Cambridge location (sorry, Allston) and at the A4cade Halloween party. And you don’t need to rock Louise ears or roll in with your ghost boyfriend Jeff to get in on the action.
The menu is something Bob Belcher himself would be proud of: There’s the Baby You Can Chive My Car burger (a feta “stuffed” burger with chives, a sour cream dijon spread, and fried pickle wheels); the I’ve Created a Muenster burger (topped with sautéed mushrooms, Muenster cheese, lettuce, and ketchup); the Poutine on the Ritz burger (topped with hand-cut fries, Maplebrook cheese curds, beef gravy, and Ritz crackers); and the Poblano Picasso burger (Monterey Jack cheese, spicy poblano salsa verde, and tomatoes). And yes, Tina, a veggie patty can be substituted for any of the burgers for an extra buck, Roxy’s says.
We can envision Jimmy Pesto standing across the street on Massachusetts Avenue just plotting his revenge. Maybe Sandy “Can-Can” Frye is available.
Take a look at the four burgers below…
