Studio 52 is a community artist space located in the heart of Allston, and is proud to support the Boston music scene and local artist community.

We here in Boston know how GOZU roll. But as the sludgy rock and roll band get set to head out on the Metal Alliance Tour to show off April’s Equilibrium LP, they’re offering up a sepia-toned video for “They Probably Know Karate” to show the rest of the country just what’s up. The clip was directed by Tony Simone at Zenbeast Media, and while we’re not exactly sure what’s going on, we’re pretty much ready to join the cult at work here in the video.

“We are super excited about our new video!” GOZU exclaim in a press release, leaving us no reason to doubt them. “Tony is a super talented up-and-coming video director and knocked this out the park! This is also a great jump off point to the Metal Alliance Tour coming up next week!”

The 10-date run also features Goatwhore, The Casualties, Black Tusk, and Great American Ghost, and it kicks off November 18 in some place called Merriam, Kansas, before wrapping November 30 in Easton, Pennsylvania. “What’s not to like??” GOZU ask. “We get to tour with bands we’re actually fans of!”

Word.
